Personalized email sequencing

PersistIQ runs multi-step email sequences where each prospect moves through stages based on their replies. A Beam agent reads new prospects from your systems, personalizes each message from an approved template, and adds the prospect to the right sequence under your team's rule. Owners are notified when a sequence produces a reply worth attention. Prospects with a bad email address, missing personalization data, or a name that matches an existing contact are held for a person, who cleans the record before the agent starts sending on your behalf.

Reply detection and handoff

When a prospect answers a PersistIQ email, that reply should stop the sequence and reach a human. A Beam agent reads incoming replies, classifies each against the rule your team set, and pauses the sequence for anyone who responds, then assigns the conversation to the right rep. Reps are notified the moment a positive reply lands. Replies that are ambiguous, signal a complaint, or fall outside the agent's classification are escalated to a person, who reads the message and decides the next move before any further email is sent.

Prospect list building

Outreach in PersistIQ starts from a list of prospects with the fields each campaign needs. A Beam agent reads prospects from your source, checks each against your team's rule, and writes qualified contacts into the campaign with their details filled in. The owner sees a note when a list reaches its target size. Prospects missing required fields, already present in another active campaign, or lacking a valid email are set aside for a person, who reviews the entry before it joins the outreach and receives any message.
