Interactive org mapping

Peerdom renders your organization as an interactive map of circles, roles, and the people who fill them. A Beam agent reads changes from your HR system, matches each to the right spot on the map under an approved rule, and writes the update so the structure stays current. Owners are notified when a reporting line or team composition shifts. Changes that touch a role the agent cannot identify, move a person without a clear source, or conflict with an existing assignment are held for a person, who confirms the structure before the map is updated.

Role and responsibility tracking

Each role in Peerdom carries responsibilities, a lead link, and the people assigned to it. A Beam agent watches for role changes in your systems, reads the new details, and writes them onto the matching role following your team's rule, then records who now holds what. The relevant lead is told when a responsibility moves. Role edits that remove an accountability, leave a role unfilled, or duplicate an existing responsibility are set aside for a person, who reviews the change before the agent commits it to the role's record.

People and team assignment

Peerdom links every person to the teams and roles they belong to across the organization. A Beam agent reads joiner, mover, and leaver events from your HR source, applies the assignment rule your team approved, and updates each person's place on the map. Team leads are notified when their membership changes. Events that reference an unknown person, assign someone to a team that does not exist, or arrive without the approvals your policy requires are escalated to a person, who verifies the change before any assignment is written.
