Craft PDFMonkey documents by reading data from your systems and writing rendered files back so document jobs run without hands on each one.
Dynamic document rendering
PDFMonkey pairs a template with a JSON payload to render a finished document. A Beam agent gathers the payload from your records, checks it against the template the rule specifies, and requests the render when the data is complete. The resulting file is saved to the location your team chose and the owner is notified. Payloads with missing keys, a broken template reference, or values the agent cannot verify are held back and passed to a person, who supplies the correct data before the document is rendered and stored.
Template and data binding
Every PDFMonkey template expects specific data keys, and a document only renders correctly when they line up. A Beam agent maps your record fields to those keys following an approved binding, reads the current values, and submits them for rendering. Output is filed where the rule points and the requester informed. When a field the template needs is absent, a type does not match, or the binding is ambiguous, the agent stops and routes the case to a person, who confirms the mapping before rendering is allowed to proceed.
Rendered file delivery
Once PDFMonkey renders a document it returns a downloadable file with an identifier and status. A Beam agent watches for the completed state, reads the file reference, and delivers each document to the folder, record, or recipient the rule names, then records the outcome upstream. Recipients are notified their document is ready. Renders that finish with an error status, an unreachable file, or a reference that does not match the original request are set aside for a person to inspect before anything is delivered or logged.
