Completed document filing

Every finished document in pdfFiller lands in a folder with a status, a timestamp, and an audit trail. A Beam agent watches for documents that reach the signed or completed state, reads their metadata, and files each copy where the approved rule says it belongs, then records the outcome in the originating system. Recipients or owners are notified that their paperwork is done. Documents that arrive with an unexpected status, a mismatched reference number, or an unreadable field are set aside for a person to inspect before anything is filed or reported.
