PDF conversion

Conversions that drop required content, exceed a size limit, or fail a validation check are routed to a person with the original attached. Clean, rule-matched files convert on their own, so the team stops opening each document to save it in another format one at a time.

When a batch of files or a multi-part document arrives, the agent reads them, applies your rule for order and grouping, and merges or splits them into the outputs you defined. Documents with an unexpected page count, a corrupt part, or a naming conflict are flagged for a person before anything saves. Straightforward batches finish on their own, so building packets or breaking apart long reports no longer ties up someone's afternoon each cycle.

PDF4me can compress and secure documents, and an agent applies those steps under your rules. When a document is ready to send or store, the agent reads it, applies your rule, and compresses, passwords, or otherwise protects it as the destination requires. Files that would lose required content when compressed, or ones where the protection rule is ambiguous, are handed to a person. Routine, clearly defined jobs run on their own, so documents leave in the right size and with the right protection without manual handling.
