Parse listed URLs into named columns, write the results into connected systems, and automate recurring web-data collection.
URL-to-columns extraction
Give a Beam agent a target URL and the column names you want, and it reads the live page, pulls each field, and returns clean rows. When a watched source posts a new link or a request arrives with one, the agent runs the extraction, applies your field rules, and writes the records into the connected sheet or database. Pages that come back blocked, empty, or in a layout the columns no longer fit are set aside for a person to check, so half-parsed or mismatched rows never reach the dataset your team reports from.
Scheduled re-scrapes
Many pages change on their own, so an agent can re-run a saved Parsera job on a set cadence and compare the fresh pull against the last stored version. On each run it reads the current values, applies the approved rule for what counts as a real change, and updates the record or notifies the owner when a tracked field moves. Large swings, a source that suddenly returns nothing, or a structure change that breaks the columns are flagged to a human rather than overwritten, keeping bad refreshes out of the record.
Field mapping to destinations
Extracted columns rarely match the shape a downstream tool expects, so a Beam agent maps each Parsera field to the target record before writing. When a job finishes, the agent reads the parsed rows, applies your mapping and formatting rules, and files the values into the CRM, warehouse, or spreadsheet you nominated. Rows missing a required field, or values that fail a validation check the customer defined, are routed to a reviewer with the source link attached, so only complete and typed records get committed downstream.
