A Beam agent watches for the transaction records the connector exposes, reads status and confirmation details, and applies your approved rule about which states matter. When a transaction settles or stalls, the agent updates the linked internal entry or notifies the responsible team, and notes what changed. Transactions that carry unusual values, unexpected counterparties, or ambiguous confirmation states go to a person, who decides whether to accept, retry, or escalate. The agent handles the repetitive checking so staff spend attention only on cases that genuinely need a decision.

Multi-ledger record lookup

Overledger presents records from several blockchains in a consistent shape. A Beam agent queries these records on a schedule or on request, reads the fields the account permits, and compares them against internal references using a rule you defined. Where entries agree, the agent marks them settled; where a field is missing or contradicts the internal system, it writes a note and alerts an operator. Discrepancies involving large amounts or regulated assets always reach a human, who confirms the correct value before anything is finalized. Routine agreement between the two sides is cleared without manual checking.

Smart contract event notifications

Overledger surfaces events emitted by smart contracts across supported networks. A Beam agent subscribes to the events the connector exposes, reads their payloads, and applies your approved rule about which event types require action. On a qualifying event, the agent posts an update to the relevant channel or opens a task for the owning team. Events with unexpected parameters, failed execution, or unfamiliar contract addresses are routed to a person for review. This keeps teams aware of on-chain activity without anyone inspecting each contract by hand for changes throughout the day.
