Bill Outseta members and file their records, reading and updating each account while automating renewals, CRM updates, and access changes.
Subscription billing
Outseta bills members and subscribers on recurring plans, and a Beam agent watches those billing events so revenue work stays current. When a charge succeeds, fails, or a plan changes, the agent reads the account and applies your billing rule, updating status, retrying a failed charge, or notifying the member where allowed. Successful renewals need no one's attention. A repeated payment failure, a dispute, or a downgrade that touches a custom contract is routed to finance, so a person handles the accounts where dunning alone will not fix the problem or keep the customer.
CRM deal records
Outseta keeps a lightweight CRM of people, deals, and accounts, and a Beam agent keeps those records complete as activity happens. When a signup, upgrade, or support note comes in, the agent reads it, files it against the right person and deal, and moves the deal stage per the rule your team approved. It fills obvious gaps from linked data. A contact that matches two accounts, a deal with conflicting signals, or a stage jump that skips required steps is set aside for a person, since deal history steers how sales and success follow up.
Member access control
Outseta gates content and app access by plan and account, and a Beam agent keeps those permissions matched to what each member pays for. On a plan change, cancellation, or renewal, the agent reads the new state, applies your access rule, and grants or revokes the right level where the connector allows. Routine upgrades and expiries are handled quietly. A cancellation with a refund in dispute, an account whose access and billing disagree, or a manual grant someone made by hand is flagged for a person, because cutting off the wrong member is worse than waiting.
