Template image rendering

Orshot produces finished images from reusable templates, swapping in text, prices, or photos per request, and a Beam agent drives that on a schedule or event. When a trigger fires, such as a new product or a fresh blog post, the agent reads the source fields, maps them onto the approved template following your brand rule, and asks Orshot to render the image. The output is filed where your team expects it. Requests missing a required field, or pointing at a template retired from your set, are held for a designer to resolve rather than shipping a broken graphic.

Bulk image runs

Marketing often needs the same layout produced across dozens of items, and a Beam agent uses Orshot to fulfil those runs. Given a list, the agent reads each row, applies your naming and sizing rule, and requests one rendered image per entry, then files them in the right folder. It notes any row it could not render and reports the count back. Rows with unreadable source data, oversized text that would clip the layout, or a missing image link are set aside for a person, so the batch finishes without quietly dropping items no one reviewed.

Dynamic content overlays

Orshot can place live values like a price, a name, or a rating onto an image at render time, and a Beam agent keeps those overlays accurate. When the underlying data changes, the agent reads the new value, checks it against the format rule you approved, and asks for a fresh render so the graphic matches the source. Updated assets replace the old ones where the connector allows. A value that looks wrong, such as a negative price or an empty field, stops the render and goes to a marketer before a flawed image reaches an audience.
