Register Orderspace wholesale orders and account records, reading and updating each one while automating price checks and backorder handling.
Wholesale order entry
Orderspace lets stockists place repeat wholesale orders online, and a Beam agent turns each submitted order into clean back-office work. When an order arrives, the agent reads the account, products, and quantities, checks them against the trading rule for that customer, and records the order for picking. Orders inside agreed limits and minimum values are accepted and confirmed. Ones that fall under a minimum order value, exceed a credit hold, or request a product not in that buyer's assortment are held and sent to an account manager, who decides whether to release or amend them.
Customer price lists
Because wholesale pricing differs by customer, Orderspace keeps price lists tied to accounts, and a Beam agent makes sure orders honor the right one. On a new order, the agent reads the buyer's assigned list, confirms each line uses the correct tier, and corrects a price that clearly drifted from the agreed list. Where the connector permits, it updates list assignments when a customer moves to a new tier your team approved. A requested discount beyond the approved schedule, or a product with no listed price for that account, goes to sales for sign-off.
Backorder handling
Orderspace records what stock is available and what a customer still expects, so a Beam agent can keep backorders moving. When an order includes an out-of-stock line, the agent reads the shortfall, applies your backorder rule, and either splits the shipment or holds the order per that policy. It writes the expected date back and notifies the buyer where allowed. Cases where a key line has no restock date, or a customer asks to cancel a partial backorder, are routed to an account manager, because those calls affect the relationship more than the sheet.
