Multi-store order import

Order Desk gathers orders from many storefronts and marketplaces into one queue, and a Beam agent reads each new order as it lands. It notes the buyer details, line items, and shipping method, then applies your intake rule to tag the order by store, priority, or product type. Clean orders are marked ready for fulfillment and moved to the right folder. Orders with a mismatched address, an unrecognized SKU, or a payment status that looks off are set aside and passed to a person, so nothing questionable ships without a human saying yes first.

Fulfillment routing

Order Desk can direct each order to the warehouse, dropshipper, or print provider that should handle it. A Beam agent looks at a ready order, reads its items and destination, and picks the fulfiller using the routing rule your operations team approved. It writes the assignment onto the order and notifies the chosen partner where the connector allows. Orders that split across two suppliers, or that name a fulfiller currently marked out of stock, are flagged for a coordinator to route by hand rather than guessing which path keeps the promise date.

Shipment status updates

Once an order ships, tracking numbers and carrier events flow back into Order Desk, and a Beam agent keeps every record current. It reads incoming shipment updates, writes the tracking code and status onto the matching order, and lets the buyer know if your rule calls for a notification. Deliveries that stall past the window you defined, or shipments returned as undeliverable, are surfaced to a support rep with the order context attached. The agent never closes a delayed order on its own, so a person decides on reships and refunds.
