Email campaign scheduling

Ongage assembles email campaigns and schedules them across your sending services. A Beam agent reads an approved campaign and its target list, applies your rule to queue the send at the time your audience tends to open, and records the schedule. When copy names a price, a customer, or a claim about results, the agent holds the send for a person to approve before it goes out. Someone signs off on the message and the timing of important campaigns, while the agent handles the routine, pre-cleared sends and keeps each campaign record showing its current status.

List segmentation

Ongage sorts subscribers into lists and segments by behavior and profile data. A Beam agent reads engagement and profile updates, applies your rule to place each contact in the matching segment, and keeps those lists current as people click, open, or go quiet. When a segment would target contacts your team has not cleared or would reach far more people than usual, the agent pauses and asks for a decision. People own the audience rules and consent, while the agent maintains the memberships so each campaign reaches the right subscribers without stale or unsubscribed contacts.

Deliverability and engagement reporting

Ongage reports opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes for every campaign. A Beam agent reads the results, applies your rule to weigh them against your targets, and posts a summary to the channel your team watches. When bounce or complaint rates climb above your limit, the agent flags the campaign and the list for a person instead of sending again into a problem. Someone decides what a weak result means and whether to pause a list, while the agent gathers the numbers, keeps the record updated, and surfaces the campaigns that need attention.
