Broadcast Notiff notifications to the right users, reading feed state and writing updates within the account's granted scope.
Connected account access
Notiff, authorized through OAuth, gives an agent scoped access to a signed in account's notifications. A Beam agent reads only what the granted permissions allow, applies the rule your team approved, and posts or updates a notification, for example alerting the account owner when a linked item changes state. It records each action against that account for your team. Requests that fall outside the granted scope, that touch data the connection does not cover, or that need a person's approval are stopped and handed to a teammate to review.
Alert routing
Notiff decides which users an alert reaches based on the rules behind your notification center. A Beam agent reads an incoming event, applies your approved routing rule, and posts the alert to the right recipients, for instance notifying an on call owner when a threshold is crossed. It notes who was reached and when. When the correct recipient is unclear, the audience looks wider than expected, or the alert would repeat one already out, the agent escalates the case to a person instead of firing it.
Read and unread state
Notiff records whether each user has opened a notification so nothing important is missed. A Beam agent reads this state, applies your rule, and acts, such as re-alerting a user who has not seen a time sensitive item or closing one that no longer applies. It writes the updated state back and notes why it acted. A case where re-alerting could annoy a user, or where the item touches a sensitive matter, is routed to a person to judge rather than resent by the agent.
