Notification delivery

Notiff posts notifications into a center your users can open inside your app. A Beam agent reads an event your team connects it to, applies your approved rule, and posts the matching notification with the fields filled in, for example alerting a user when their request changes state. It notes which notification it sent and to whom. Events that do not map cleanly to a rule, would reach the wrong audience, or carry sensitive wording are held for a person to confirm before anything goes out to users.

In-app notification feed

Notiff keeps a feed of past and unread notifications for each user. A Beam agent reads the feed your workflow depends on, applies your rule, and updates entries, for instance marking items handled or grouping related ones once a task closes. It records what it changed and why. A feed entry that looks duplicated, points at a user record the rule does not cover, or would clear an item a person still needs is set aside for review rather than changed on its own, so an important alert is never quietly dismissed.

Notification preferences

Notiff lets each user set which notifications they want and how they receive them. A Beam agent reads these preferences before it acts, applies your rule, and respects the channels a user chose when it posts an update or reminder. It notes any case where a preference blocks a message. When a user's preferences conflict with a message your team considers important, or a required setting is missing, the agent routes the case to a person to decide rather than overriding the choice, so a user's settings are respected unless someone chooses otherwise.
