Relay activity into Noor channels while reading incoming messages, so routine coordination like status posts happens without a person.
Channel messages
Noor organizes team conversation into channels for topics and groups. A Beam agent reads new messages in the channels your team names, applies the rule you approved, and posts a reply or update, for example acknowledging a request or sharing a status when a linked record changes elsewhere. It writes the message and records what prompted it. Messages that read as urgent, mention a person by name for a decision, or fall outside the topics the rule covers are passed to a human rather than answered by the agent on its own.
Direct messages
Noor supports one to one messages between teammates alongside its channels. A Beam agent reads an incoming direct message it is set to handle, checks the request against your rule, and replies with the answer or update your team allows, such as confirming a booking or returning a looked up detail. It notes the exchange for your records. Requests that ask for something outside the approved list, sound sensitive, or need a person's judgment are handed to a teammate to answer instead of the agent.
Mentions and notifications
Noor alerts people when they are mentioned so requests do not get missed. A Beam agent watches for mentions of the accounts it handles, reads the surrounding message, and acts on your rule, for instance opening a task, posting a reply, or notifying the right channel. It writes back what it did so the thread stays clear for everyone. A mention that is unclear, asks for an exception, or points at work a person owns is escalated to a human to pick up from there.
