Custom Data Tables

Ninox lets people put together business apps and the tables behind them without programming. A Beam agent reads those tables, watches for records meeting a condition, and applies your approved rule for updating them. When a record hits a threshold, like a field crossing a value, the agent updates related fields, tags the row, and notifies the owner. Bulk edits, deletes, or changes to the table structure itself are held and routed to the app's owner, so a person signs off on anything that alters the data model or touches many records at once.

Form Submissions

Ninox can gather input through forms that write straight into its tables. A Beam agent watches new submissions, reads the fields, and applies your rule for handling them. It validates the entry, tags it, files it in the right table, and notifies whoever owns follow-up. Submissions missing required fields, ones that look like duplicates, or entries that fail a check are set aside and routed to a person, who decides whether to fix, keep, or drop them rather than letting a shaky record flow into the app unchecked.

Business App Records

Ninox holds the records that power each custom app your team assembles. A Beam agent reads across those records, watches the conditions your process cares about, and applies your rule to keep them current. On a due date, a status change, or a linked update, the agent adjusts the record, tags it, and notifies the owner. Anything ambiguous, a record that contradicts another, or a change with wide downstream effects is routed to the app owner, since the person who set up the app understands what a record should mean better than the agent.
