Coordinate NiftyKit project and collaborator records, automating launch-admin work like updating asset status and notifying the team on changes.
Project Workspaces
NiftyKit lets teams put together projects without writing code. A Beam agent reads project records, watches status and asset fields, and applies your rule for keeping each workspace tidy and current. When an asset is added or a stage completes, the agent updates the project's status, tags it by owner, and notifies the people waiting on it. Projects stuck at one stage, or ones missing pieces needed to move forward, are surfaced to the owner, who decides the next step rather than letting the agent push work along on a guess.
Collaborator Access
NiftyKit invites collaborators into a project to work together on it. A Beam agent reads collaborator records, watches for people added or removed, and applies your rule for keeping access aligned with who should have it. When someone joins, the agent tags their role and notifies the team; when a project wraps, it flags stale access for cleanup. Requests to grant wider access, or anything touching an outside collaborator, are routed to the project owner, since access decisions carry risk that a person should weigh before the agent acts.
Launch Readiness
NiftyKit takes a finished project through to launch. A Beam agent reads the project's readiness fields, watches the checklist your team defined, and applies your rule for what must be true before a launch proceeds. As items get ticked, the agent updates the readiness status and notifies stakeholders that a project is close. Projects reaching the launch step with open blockers, or missing an approval your process requires, are held and routed to the owner, so a person gives the final go rather than the agent releasing anything on its own.
