Populate Niceboard job listing and applicant records, automating hiring-admin work like acknowledging new applications and moving clean listings live.
Job Listing Approvals
Niceboard holds the job listings employers submit to your board. A Beam agent watches incoming listings, reads title, category, and salary fields, and applies your approved rule for what may go live automatically. Clean listings in known categories get tagged and moved to live, while the record updates to show who approved it. Listings with missing pay details, off-topic roles, or wording that breaks your board's guidelines are held and routed to a moderator, so a person decides on anything borderline before it appears in front of candidates.
Applicant Intake
Each listing on Niceboard receives applications from candidates. A Beam agent watches new applications, reads the candidate's answers and attached details, and applies your rule for acknowledging and sorting them. It emails the applicant a confirmation, tags the application by role, and updates the listing's count so recruiters see fresh numbers. Applications missing required fields, or ones that look like duplicates or spam, are set aside and routed to a recruiter, who decides whether to keep, merge, or discard them rather than letting the agent guess.
Employer Accounts
Niceboard gives employers accounts to control their own postings and billing. A Beam agent reads employer records, watches for new sign-ups and posting activity, and applies your rule for onboarding and follow-up. It welcomes new employers, tags their account by plan, and updates internal notes when a posting quota is close to running out. Payment disputes, refund requests, or employers asking for terms outside your standard plans are routed to an account manager, since those calls involve money and relationships that a person should own.
