Bulk list verification

NeverBounce checks an uploaded list and labels each address valid, invalid, disposable, or unknown. An agent submits a list on the schedule your team set, reads the returned results, and updates each contact's deliverability status in your connected system. Addresses marked clearly invalid are suppressed from the next send under the rule you approved. Results that come back unknown, or a whole batch that fails to process, are held and reported to a person, since removing an address is a judgment call your team should confirm before contacts are dropped from active lists.

Single email validation

NeverBounce can assess one address in real time as it enters your system. An agent catches a new signup or form submission, sends the address for a check, and reads the verdict before the record is saved. Valid addresses continue into your workflow with their status recorded; clearly invalid ones are held back from active lists under your rule. When the result is unknown or the check times out, the agent tags the record and asks a person to decide, rather than blocking a real customer or admitting a bad address by default.

List cleaning

Beyond flagging, NeverBounce groups an existing list by deliverability so stale contacts can be separated. An agent reads the graded results, applies your retention rule, and moves confirmed bad addresses into a suppression segment while keeping valid ones active. It records why each contact was moved so the change is auditable. Large removals, or contacts that were recently engaged yet now grade poorly, are surfaced for review before deletion, because permanently dropping an active contact is a decision a person, not the agent, should sign off.
