Dispatch MyOTP.App passcodes, read verification outcomes, and update session records, automating login work like resending expired codes.
Passcode dispatch
MyOTP.App issues SMS one-time passcodes for logins and sensitive actions. A Beam agent watches a trigger, a login attempt or a checkout step, applies your rule for when a code is warranted, and requests the passcode from MyOTP.App, then updates the verification record with the send. It notifies your team of unusual request volume. When one number requests many codes in a short window, when a destination looks high-risk, or when repeated attempts fail, the agent pauses further sends and routes the case to a person, who decides whether to block or allow the number.
Verification record updates
MyOTP.App records each code sent, confirmed, or expired. A Beam agent reads verification outcomes, applies your rule, and updates the user or session record as confirmed or lapsed, then closes out expired attempts. It notifies the owner when confirmation rates drop. If a user confirms from an unexpected location, if the same code is presented repeatedly, or if outcomes conflict across attempts, the agent leaves the record open and escalates to a person, who checks the sign-in before the account action is allowed to continue.
Delivery failure routing
MyOTP.App reports when a passcode does not reach a handset. A Beam agent reads failed deliveries, applies your rule to sort by carrier and reason, and either requests one retry or updates the record and notifies support. It groups repeated failures to the same region into a single alert. Where failures cluster on one carrier, where a number looks invalid, or where a customer is locked out mid-purchase, the agent stops retrying and hands the case to a person, who contacts the customer or fixes the route.
