Feed status posts

morningmate organizes work into project feeds where teams post updates, files, and approvals. A Beam agent watches a trigger in another system, a deal closed or a ticket resolved, reads the detail, and posts a formatted status into the right morningmate feed under your rule for what belongs there. It attaches the relevant links and tags the owner. When the update carries sensitive figures, targets an unclear project, or would duplicate a post already made, the agent drafts the entry and routes it to a person, who decides whether and where it should appear.

Task board updates

morningmate keeps tasks with owners, due dates, and stages. On a trigger such as an inbound request or a status change elsewhere, a Beam agent reads the related task, applies your rule, and updates the stage, owner, or due date, or opens a new task in the correct project. It notifies the assignee of what changed. If a task is overdue and blocked, if ownership is ambiguous, or if a change would reset work others depend on, the agent leaves the board untouched and asks a person to make the call.

Mention follow-ups

morningmate notifies people through mentions and comments inside feeds. A Beam agent reads new mentions aimed at a shared account or a selected project, applies your rule to sort them, and either posts an acknowledged reply, opens a follow-up task, or updates the related record. It notifies the right owner when a mention needs a human answer. Where a comment reads as a complaint, raises a decision above the agent's rule, or names people outside the project, the agent holds off and routes the thread to a person to handle directly.
