Planting per transaction

More Trees plants trees against your account through its API, from one pound upward. A Beam agent watches a trigger in a connected tool, a completed order or a shipped delivery, reads the transaction detail, and places a matching planting order in More Trees under the rule you set, one tree per order or a fixed count per value band. It then records the planting reference against that transaction. When an order value falls outside the expected band, or a spike in orders would breach your monthly budget, the agent holds the purchase and asks a person to approve.

Offset ledger updates

More Trees keeps a record of every tree bought and its planting detail. A Beam agent reads new plantings, applies your reporting rule, and updates your internal offset ledger or sustainability sheet with the count, cost, and date. It notifies finance when monthly spend nears the cap you set. If a planting reference is missing, a charge does not line up against a planting, or totals drift from what the connected orders imply, the agent flags the gap and routes it to a person, who checks the figures before the ledger is treated as final.

Purchase approval routing

More Trees purchases carry a real cost, so approvals matter. A Beam agent groups pending planting requests that sit above the value you nominate, reads the linked orders or campaigns, and applies your rule for who signs off. It notifies the approver in chat with the amount and reason, then places the order once cleared. Where a request lacks a clear source, where the same order would be offset twice, or where budget is already exhausted, the agent stops and escalates to a person, who decides whether the planting should proceed.
