Place 3D modeling orders and publish approved assets in Modelry, automating asset work like advancing review stages.
Model ordering
Kicking off each 3D model request by hand adds delay. When a product needs a model, a Beam agent reads the item details from your catalog, opens a Modelry order with the specs and references your team approved, and records the order against the product. Complete, standard requests are placed automatically. When required reference images are missing, specifications conflict, or a request falls outside the scope your team set, the agent holds it and asks a person to complete the brief, so the studio never starts work from an unclear order.
Review routing
Models waiting on feedback stall between teams. A Beam agent watches Modelry for assets that reach the review stage, then notifies the right reviewer and updates the record so everyone sees what needs a look. Routine items advance through the defined steps on their own. When a model is flagged with quality issues, misses the requested specs, or has sat unreviewed past your deadline, the agent escalates it to a person to make the call, keeping approval decisions with the people accountable for how the final asset looks.
Asset publishing
A finished model only helps once it reaches the channels that use it. After a Modelry asset is approved, a Beam agent publishes it to the connected destination your team defined and updates the product record so downstream systems point at the correct file. Cleanly approved assets go out automatically. When an approval is missing, a file format does not fit the target channel, or the same product already has a published model, the agent pauses and asks a person to confirm, so the wrong or unapproved asset never goes live.
