Enroll students and adjust lessons in Miestro, activating course access once an approved payment clears.
Student enrollment
When an approved payment or signup clears, a Beam agent enrolls the student in the right Miestro course, reads the order to confirm the plan, and grants the access the rule allows. It sends the welcome details and records the enrollment. Standard signups complete without a wait. If the payment status is unclear, the course is full or unpublished, or the student already holds access under another account, the agent pauses and routes the case to the course owner, so no one is charged for a seat they cannot actually reach.
Lesson updates
Agents keep Miestro course content current as instructors ship changes. On an approved trigger, the agent reads the target lesson or module, applies the rule for what may change, and updates titles, ordering, or release dates. It notes the edit for the instructor and links back to the changed lesson. Routine updates go through directly. Changes that would unpublish a live lesson mid-cohort, alter pricing, or remove material students have already started are held and sent to a person, so an in-progress class is never disrupted by an automated edit made without a second look.
Access and payment checks
On a schedule, an agent reviews Miestro enrollments and payment states against an approved rule, catching lapsed subscriptions, refunded orders that still hold access, or trials that have ended. It reads each case, adjusts the ones the rule clearly covers, and lists the rest for follow-up. Clean, unambiguous cases apply automatically and are logged. Anything involving a disputed charge, a partial refund, or a long-standing student is left in place and escalated to the owner, because revoking course access in error costs more goodwill than a short review would ever save.
