Spreadsheet-to-PDF generation

MergeMole reads values from your Excel data and drops them into a preset template to produce a PDF in seconds. A Beam agent triggers when a new row or dataset is ready, reads the fields, and applies your rules for which template each record uses. The finished PDF is filed to the destination your workflow expects. Rows with missing required values, malformed data, or a template mismatch are held back and flagged to a person, who fixes the input or selects the right template before the document is generated.

Template setup

MergeMole lets you define PDF or DOCX templates once, mapping placeholders to your data fields. A Beam agent uses an established template, reads the incoming record, and fills each placeholder according to the mapping you approved. When every required field is present and valid, the agent renders and files the document automatically. If a record needs a template that does not yet exist, or a mapping that has not been approved, the agent stops and asks a person to confirm the template choice, so new document formats never go out unreviewed.

DOCX document output

MergeMole produces editable DOCX files as well as PDFs from the same templates. A Beam agent reads the source data, applies your rule for when a DOCX is needed instead of a PDF, and writes the finished file to the folder or system your process uses. Standard cases, like a contract draft built from approved fields, are generated and filed without manual work. Documents that pull from incomplete data, or that a person has marked for legal or final review, are routed to a reviewer before the file is shared.
