Member login control

Memberstack adds user logins and gated content to modern websites. A Beam agent reads signup, login, and plan events the connector exposes, applies the access rules a team approved, such as which plan unlocks which pages, and adjusts the member record so the right content opens. New members get notified with onboarding steps. A signup that fails verification, a login pattern that looks suspicious, or an access request outside a plan routes to a person, so the site grants the correct access automatically and a human handles anything that smells like abuse.

Subscription lifecycle

Memberstack ties paid plans to website access, so payments and access move together. A Beam agent reads payment and subscription events, applies the rules a team set, for example downgrading access when a subscription lapses or unlocking features on an upgrade, and revises the member and billing records to match. Members get notified of renewals or failures. A failed charge, a disputed payment, or a cancellation that needs a retention offer routes to a person. The agent keeps access aligned with payment status and leaves the money-sensitive calls to someone accountable.

Gated content access

Websites built on Memberstack hide pages and features behind membership. A Beam agent reads the entitlements attached to each member, applies the rules a team approved, such as opening a resource when a plan or milestone is reached, and updates what the member can see. It notifies the member when new content unlocks. An entitlement that conflicts, a member stuck without access they paid for, or a request the rule does not cover routes to a person. The agent opens and closes the standard gates and escalates the mismatches for a human to resolve.
