Learner enrollment

Memberspot is an e-learning platform for staff and customers, organized into courses and modules. A Beam agent reads new learners and assignment rules, applies the policy a team approved, such as enrolling a role or customer segment into a required course, and writes the enrollment records the platform keeps. Learners get notified when a course is assigned. A learner who cannot be matched to a group, or an assignment that conflicts with an existing one, routes to a coordinator, so onboarding into training happens without someone enrolling each person by hand.

Completion records

Every learner leaves a trail of progress, quiz scores, and completions. An agent reads that activity on a schedule, applies the rules a team set, for example marking a requirement met when a course is finished or nudging a learner who stalled, and updates the completion and certificate records. Managers get notified when their team clears a mandatory course. A result that looks off, a certificate that will not issue, or a stalled learner past a deadline routes to a person. The agent keeps training records accurate and flags the cases that need a human.

Certificate issuance

Memberspot issues certificates when learners finish qualifying courses. A Beam agent reads completion events, applies the rules a team approved, such as issuing a certificate only when every required module and passing score is present, and stamps the certificate record or notifies the learner. Compliance-linked completions can notify a records owner automatically. A completion missing a prerequisite, a disputed score, or a certificate tied to a regulated requirement routes to a person for sign-off, so the agent handles routine issuance while a human confirms anything that carries a compliance weight.
