Grant course access and community roles to new members, then edit membership and progress records as people join or complete lessons.
Community access control
Membado runs communities where members exchange ideas and reach shared content. A Beam agent reads new signups and role changes, applies the rules an admin approved, such as which membership tier unlocks which spaces, and grants or adjusts access on the matching member record. New members get notified with the right welcome. A signup that fails a check, claims a tier it did not pay for, or matches a blocked contact routes to an admin for a decision, so access stays correct without someone approving every request by hand.
Course enrollment
Members reach courses and learning content alongside community spaces. An agent reads enrollment events and entitlements, applies the rules a team set, for example enrolling a member in the courses their plan includes, and writes the enrollment and progress records Membado keeps. It notifies the member when a course opens. An entitlement that looks inconsistent, a plan change mid-course, or a request for content outside a plan routes to a person. The agent handles standard enrollments and leaves the edge cases to an admin who can weigh them.
Member communication
Membado is where a community talks, and members expect timely responses. A Beam agent reads posts, questions, and mentions the connector exposes, applies the rules a team approved, such as routing a billing question to support or surfacing a frequently asked one, and posts an approved reply or notifies the right moderator. Routine questions get answered from approved material. Anything heated, sensitive, or outside the approved answers routes to a human moderator, so members get quick help on the common cases while people handle the conversations that need care.
