Bill of materials production

Megaventory assembles finished goods from component stock using bills of materials. A Beam agent reads a production or work order, applies the rules an operations lead approved, such as confirming every component is on hand before a build starts, and updates component and finished-goods quantities once the run is recorded. It notifies purchasing when a material falls short. Orders that would drive stock negative, or a bill of materials that looks out of date, route to a planner for review before any inventory record changes, so the counts stay trustworthy.

Order fulfillment

Sales orders draw down stock across locations as goods ship. An agent reads new orders, applies the fulfillment rules a manager approved, for example allocating from the nearest warehouse with availability, and adjusts inventory and order-status records as items are picked and dispatched. Customers and staff get notified at each step the connector allows. Orders that exceed available stock, need a partial shipment, or point to a mismatched address route to a person for a call. The agent clears the standard orders and escalates the ones that need judgment.

Inventory level control

Megaventory holds live quantities for every product across warehouses. A Beam agent reads current levels on a schedule, applies the reorder rules a manager set, such as a minimum quantity per location, and raises purchase orders or notifies buyers when stock dips below the mark. Supplier records and lead times inform each suggestion where the account exposes them. A count that swings without a matching transaction, or a reorder larger than a set ceiling, routes to a person to confirm, so the agent keeps shelves stocked without over-ordering behind anyone's back.
