Post scheduling

Mastodon publishes posts to followers across independent servers. Working from an approved calendar, the agent assembles each post, checks it against your content rule, and schedules it to the right account and audience at the agreed time, adding content warnings where your policy requires them. On-plan posts go out on schedule. A post referencing a sensitive topic, a breaking event, or an untested link is held and routed to a social manager, who reviews the wording and timing before it reaches followers on the network.

Mention and reply handling

Mentions, replies, and direct messages reach your Mastodon account from many servers. The agent reads each incoming interaction, applies your response rule, and answers routine questions or acknowledges feedback using approved language, tagging the conversation for reporting. Familiar, in-scope replies are posted automatically. A hostile message, a complaint, or a question that needs a real position is escalated to a person with the thread attached, so a human replies with the right tone and facts rather than a canned answer that could misfire in front of a public audience.

Content moderation queue

Because Mastodon spans independent servers, incoming content varies widely in tone and safety. The agent reads mentions and replies aimed at your account, applies your moderation rule, and hides, mutes, or reports interactions that clearly break the policy you set, keeping a record of each action. Obvious spam and abuse are handled at once. Borderline content, a report against a known contact, or anything that could be a false positive is left in place and passed to a moderator, who makes the final call on the interaction.
