Assemble Mailmodo campaigns and contact records, automating list work like promoting engaged readers into a follow-up campaign your rule names.
Campaign build and dispatch
Mailmodo creates email campaigns and sends them to selected contacts. A Beam agent reads a campaign that is prepared, checks its audience, subject, and content against your approved rules, and schedules or queues the send. It can hold a campaign whose audience looks wrong or whose required fields are blank. Once the send finishes, it records the outcome on the campaign. A send reaching a much larger audience than usual, or one that breaks a content rule you set, is handed to a person before release, so a mistake does not reach every contact at once.
Subscriber list hygiene
Mailmodo keeps contacts in lists with fields and status. A Beam agent reads new and updated contacts, applies your rules for list placement and field values, and writes them into position. It updates status as people subscribe, engage, or opt out, and clears duplicates it can confirm. Contacts with missing consent, conflicting list rules, or an unconfirmed duplicate are set aside for a person to sort out. Each decision is recorded with its reason so the list stays trustworthy rather than quietly reshaped by guesses the agent cannot back up.
Reader engagement routing
After a campaign, Mailmodo reports who opened and clicked. A Beam agent reads that activity, applies your rule, and routes each contact accordingly, for example moving an engaged reader into a nurture list or pausing sends to someone long silent. It can prepare a short recap of the campaign for your team. When the engagement pattern is far from your norm, which can mean a deliverability or content problem, the case goes to a person instead of the agent reshuffling lists on a misleading signal.
