Distribute Mailjet campaigns and transactional messages while reading their stats, automating contact upkeep like retiring addresses that keep bouncing.
Marketing and transactional split
Mailjet handles both bulk marketing campaigns and one-off transactional messages through the same account. A Beam agent reads an outgoing item, decides from your rules whether it follows your marketing path or your transactional path, and routes it with the right template and list or recipient. It keeps the two streams from crossing, so a promotion does not go out as a receipt or the reverse. An item that fits neither path cleanly, or a marketing send far above your usual size, is handed to a person before it leaves the account.
Contact property management
Mailjet stores contacts with properties and list membership. A Beam agent reads new or updated contacts, applies your rules for setting properties and placing them on lists, and writes the changes back. It can move a contact between lists as their status changes and merge duplicates it confirms. Contacts missing a required property, sitting on conflicting lists, or matching a duplicate the agent cannot verify are set aside for a person. Each change is noted so the contact history stays clear rather than silently overwritten by a guess.
Send statistics follow-up
Mailjet reports delivery, open, click, and bounce statistics per message and campaign. A Beam agent reads those figures, applies your rules, and acts, such as suppressing a repeatedly bouncing address or tagging an engaged contact for a follow-up list. It can compile a campaign summary for your team and note the figures it acted on for each contact. Statistics that swing well outside your normal range, which may signal a deliverability or content issue, are escalated to a person rather than acted on automatically, since a wrong reaction could suppress good contacts.
