Pre-send spam scoring

MailGenius runs a draft email through spam filters and returns a score with the issues it found. A Beam agent submits a campaign before release, reads the score and the flagged problems, and applies your rule for the minimum score a send must reach. It can hold a campaign that scores too low and note which issues caused it. A borderline score, or one caused by an issue the agent cannot safely change such as content wording, is routed to a person, so the decision to send anyway or rework the email stays with your team.

Deliverability diagnostics

MailGenius checks the things that push mail to spam: broken links, risky words, image-to-text balance, and more. A Beam agent reads each finding after a test, matches it to your rules, and records which checks passed and which need attention on the campaign. It can clear a campaign that passes everything for the next step. Findings that need a judgment call, like softening flagged copy or replacing a link, are handed to a person with the specifics, rather than the agent editing the message content on its own.

Authentication and setup checks

MailGenius inspects sender authentication and configuration that affect whether mail is trusted. A Beam agent reads the results of those checks for a sending domain, compares them to your expected setup, and flags any that fail so they are fixed before a large send. It records the status where your team keeps sender health. A failed authentication result, which can quietly sink an entire campaign, is escalated to a person immediately, since correcting DNS or sender settings is an account change rather than a routine content fix.
