Automation workflow enrollment

Mailerlite runs automations that move subscribers through a sequence based on triggers. A Beam agent reads a new or changed subscriber, checks the conditions your rules set, and enrolls them into the automation you have chosen for that case. It can also remove someone from a sequence once they meet an exit condition. Every enrollment is noted on the subscriber. A subscriber who qualifies for conflicting automations, or one whose data is incomplete for the sequence to run cleanly, is routed to a person so the wrong journey is not started.

Subscriber and group management

Mailerlite organizes subscribers into groups with custom fields and status. A Beam agent reads incoming subscribers from forms or imports, applies your rules for grouping and field values, and writes them into the right groups. It updates status as people engage or unsubscribe and clears duplicates it can confirm. It records the reason for each grouping decision so the list stays auditable. Subscribers with missing consent, contradictory group rules, or an unverified duplicate are set aside for a person, keeping the audience clean without deleting records the agent is unsure about.

Campaign and form intake

Mailerlite captures signups through forms and landing pages and sends campaigns to groups. A Beam agent reads a new form submission, validates the fields against your rules, and files the subscriber before any welcome campaign runs. It can queue a campaign to a group once the group meets a size or content condition you set. The agent notes each intake decision on the record for later reference. A submission with suspicious data, or a campaign aimed at a far larger group than normal, is passed to a person rather than processed straight through.
