Sales pipeline

The CRM side of Magnetic covers leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages. An agent reads deal records and, on an approved trigger like a signed quote, moves the opportunity to the next stage and updates fields your team defined, recording the step. It follows your stage rules exactly. Deals with missing values, unusual discounts, or stage jumps the rule does not cover are flagged for a salesperson, who confirms the move. The agent keeps the pipeline current for clear cases while leaving negotiation and judgment on unusual deals to the sales team.

Accounts and billing

Magnetic handles quotes, invoices, and account figures alongside project work. An agent reads billing records and, once a project reaches an approved billing point, prepares the invoice from your template and flags it for sign-off, noting the action. Figures and terms stay as your team set them. Invoices with amounts outside an approved range, incomplete cost data, or accounts with unresolved disputes are held for a finance owner, who reviews before anything is sent. The agent assembles routine billing and leaves approval and disputed figures to a person.
