Automatic transcription

An agent watches for a new recording in a connected source, submits it for transcription, and reads the finished transcript, then files it against the right project by your rules and records completion. Recordings with poor audio, heavy overlap, or a low confidence score from Maestra are flagged for an editor, who reviews before the transcript is used. The agent handles routine files end to end and holds back anything the tool marks as uncertain, so people spend time only on transcripts that need a careful ear.

Captioning

Maestra produces captions and subtitles timed to a video. An agent reads a finished caption file and, following your approved rules, attaches it to the correct video record and marks it ready for publishing, noting the step. Formatting and language settings stay as your team defined. Captions with low confidence, timing that drifts, or terms the tool likely misheard are set aside for an editor, who corrects them before release. The agent moves clean caption files along and leaves anything that could misrepresent the speaker for a person to check first.

Transcript routing

Finished transcripts in Maestra can be exported and shared. An agent reads a completed transcript, applies your rules to format and route it, for example sending a podcast transcript to the content team or attaching it to a story record, then logs where it went. It keeps naming and destinations consistent. Transcripts tied to sensitive material, missing expected sections, or that fail a length or format check are held for a person, who confirms the destination. The agent distributes routine transcripts and keeps anything unusual with an editor.
