An agent reads a document's comment thread as reviewers add notes, and applies your rule to act on routine items, for example tagging a file as ready once required reviewers have signed off, then recording the status. Documents with unresolved objections, conflicting edits, or comments the rule cannot interpret are handed to an owner, who decides how to proceed. The agent follows review progress on straightforward files and leaves disputed or ambiguous feedback for a person to settle.

Sharing and access

Sharing in Lumin PDF controls who can view or edit a document. An agent reads the sharing state and, when an approved request comes in, grants or removes access according to your rule, then notes who was changed and why. It keeps permissions aligned with the groups your team defined. Requests to share sensitive documents, grant edit rights to outsiders, or open a file beyond its approved audience are held for an owner to confirm. The agent handles routine access changes and keeps anything touching confidential material with a person.

An agent reads incoming files and, using your approved rules, sorts each into the right space and routes it to the assigned reviewer, recording where it went. Naming and folder conventions stay as your team set them. Files that fit no clear category, arrive without required context, or appear to be duplicates are set aside for a person, who files them correctly.
