Leave and absence

Lucca handles employee leave requests and balances. An agent watches for a new request, reads the employee's balance and the approved policy, and applies your rule to route it to the correct approver, checking that enough balance remains. It records the routing on the request. Requests that exceed the balance, overlap blackout periods, or come from someone with an unusual contract are set aside for an HR administrator, who reviews the situation. The agent handles routine routing and balance checks while leaving policy exceptions and final approval to the people responsible.

Employee records

Employee records in Lucca hold roles, contracts, and personal details. An agent reads these records and, when an approved change arrives such as a department move, edits the relevant fields and notes the change. It keeps entries consistent with your naming and structure.
