Stock levels

Loyverse holds stock counts per item across locations. An agent watches inventory as sales and receipts post, reads the current count, and applies your reorder rule, for example drafting a purchase order or alerting a manager when an item drops below its threshold. It records the action against the item. Counts that swing unexpectedly, suggest shrinkage, or involve items with no supplier on file are raised to a manager rather than reordered automatically. The agent keeps thresholds and suppliers exactly as your team set them, so restock decisions stay grounded in your own rules.

Sales reporting

Loyverse records every sale with items, totals, and payment type. An agent reads the day's sales, and on your approved schedule compiles the figures your team wants, then posts a summary or updates a record for review. It applies your rules for grouping by store or category. Sales with voided lines, unusual discounts, or refunds beyond a set size are singled out for a manager, who checks them before the numbers are treated as final. The agent reports what the register captured and leaves interpretation of odd figures to a person.

Item catalog

The item catalog holds products, prices, categories, and barcodes. An agent reads catalog entries and, when your team approves a change such as a price update from an approved list, edits the item and records what changed. It keeps names and categories consistent with your conventions. Changes that would alter a price beyond an approved band, duplicate an existing item, or remove a product still in stock are held for a manager to confirm. The agent applies routine catalog edits and leaves pricing judgment and deletions to your team.
