Audience segmentation

Loopify groups contacts into audiences based on attributes and behavior. An agent watches for new signups or attribute changes, reads the contact record, and applies your approved rule to place the person in the right segment, for example moving qualified leads into a nurture audience. The agent updates the segment membership and notes the reason on the record. Contacts with conflicting data, missing consent, or attributes that match no defined segment stay untouched and go to a marketer, who decides where they belong before any campaign reaches them.

Campaign workflows

Workflows in Loopify chain emails, waits, and conditions into automated journeys. When a trigger fires, such as a form submission, the agent reads the contact and the workflow state, then enrolls the person into the journey your team approved for that source. It records enrollment and keeps entry conditions consistent across sources. Journeys that would double enroll a contact, target someone who recently unsubscribed, or start from an untested trigger are held and passed to a marketer, who confirms the setup before the sequence begins sending.

Campaign scheduling

Loopify stores the content blocks and campaigns your team designs. An agent reads the campaign calendar and, on the approved schedule, sets a finished campaign to go out to its assigned audience, then records the dispatch on the campaign record. It leaves timing and audience exactly as your team set them. Campaigns missing assets, pointing at an empty audience, or scheduled during a blackout window are paused and raised to a marketer, who fixes the gap and approves the release rather than letting an incomplete send proceed.
