Complex document parsing

When a new file arrives, the agent submits it to LLMWhisperer, which reads the layout, tables, and scanned pages, and returns text arranged the way a language model reads best. The agent applies an approved rule to pass that clean text to the next step, a summary, an extraction, or a filing action. Documents that come back with low confidence, empty pages, or a structure the rule does not recognize are set aside for a person to check before any downstream model works on them.

Table and layout preservation

Numbers in a table lose meaning when their rows and columns collapse. Here the agent relies on LLMWhisperer to keep that structure intact as it converts invoices, forms, and statements into ordered text. It reads the returned layout, applies a customer-approved rule about which sections matter, and forwards those sections to whatever process needs them. Where the tool reports a table it could not resolve, or where figures land in positions the rule cannot map, the agent flags the file and routes it to a human rather than letting a distorted table reach a model.

Batch document intake

Handling a pile of documents at once suits an agent well. As files gather in an intake location, the agent feeds each one to LLMWhisperer, reads back the prepared text, and files it against the matching case or record using an approved rule. Progress is written per file so a stalled batch is easy to spot. Files that fail conversion, arrive in an unsupported format, or lack the reference needed to match them to a record are pulled out and listed for a person, who supplies the detail or handles that document by hand.
