Address Validation

Listclean checks whether an email address is real, well-formed, and able to receive mail. A Beam agent validates addresses as they enter your lists, reads the result Listclean returns, and applies your rules: keeping deliverable addresses, quarantining invalid ones, and tagging risky patterns for a second look. It writes the verdict onto each contact record. When an address is important but returns an uncertain status, the agent holds it aside and asks a person to decide rather than deleting a possibly good contact from your records outright.

Bulk List Cleaning

Listclean processes an entire contact list and grades each address for deliverability. A Beam agent submits a list on a schedule or before a campaign, reads the graded output, and updates your records under rules the marketing team approved: suppressing hard-invalid addresses, separating catch-all domains, and counting how many were removed. It reports the cleaning summary to your team. Deciding whether to still mail a large risky segment, or to pause a send after heavy removals, stays with a marketer, whom the agent notifies with the numbers.

Risk Scoring

Listclean marks addresses that are disposable, role-based, or likely to bounce so you can act before sending. A Beam agent reads these risk signals per contact and applies your handling rules: excluding disposable addresses, routing role-based ones like info@ to a separate track, and flagging accounts with many risky contacts. It annotates each record with the reason. Judgment about whether a valuable but risky contact should still receive mail is left to a person, whom the agent alerts with the specifics rather than acting entirely alone.
