Branded Test Delivery

Linguapop sends branded, CEFR-aligned language tests to candidates by link, wherever they are. A Beam agent watches your applicant tracking source for candidates who reach the language-check stage, reads their details, and issues the correct test using rules your recruiting team set: choosing the target language, applying your branding, and setting a due date. It records that the invite went out. When a candidate needs an accommodation, a non-standard language, or a manual exception, the agent holds off and routes the case to a recruiter to arrange the details.

CEFR Result Scoring

Linguapop grades each test against the CEFR scale, from A1 through C2, and returns a level per candidate. A Beam agent reads completed results as they land, applies the threshold your role requires, and updates the candidate record: marking those at or above the bar as cleared and noting those below. It attaches the score to the profile for the hiring team. Borderline results, or cases where a hiring manager wants to weigh a near-miss, are surfaced to a human instead of being auto-rejected by the agent.

Candidate Status Sync

Linguapop tracks whether a test was sent, opened, completed, or expired for each candidate. A Beam agent reads these status changes and keeps your recruiting records current: advancing candidates who passed, reminding those who have not started, and flagging tests near expiry. It writes a short note on each status move for the recruiter's queue. Deciding whether to extend a deadline, resend a test, or drop a candidate who went quiet stays with the recruiter, whom the agent notifies with the details for a call.
