Pause a lemlist sequence the moment a lead replies and alert the rep, automating the manual work of watching for responses.
Reply-Based Sequence Pausing
lemlist keeps sending a scheduled sequence of emails until something tells it to stop, such as a reply from the prospect. A Beam agent checks each new reply against the sequence it belongs to and pauses that sequence immediately so the prospect does not get another automated email after they have already responded. It does not draft a reply on the rep's behalf. Where a reply looks like an out-of-office message rather than a real response, the agent leaves the sequence active and flags the message so a person can confirm it was not a genuine reply.
Lead Engagement Alerts
lemlist notes when a prospect opens an email, clicks a link, or replies, giving a rep a sense of who is actually engaging. A Beam agent checks engagement events against a threshold the team has set, such as three opens with no reply, and adds a note to that lead's record in the CRM so the rep can see interest building without checking lemlist directly. It does not decide the lead is ready to buy. A lead that clicks a pricing link specifically is flagged for the rep to reach out personally rather than waiting for the sequence to continue.
Cold Email Personalization Fields
lemlist fills a template with details about each prospect, such as their name, company, or role, so an email does not read as an obvious mass send. A Beam agent checks that the fields a template needs, like company name or role, are filled in for a prospect before the sequence starts, since a blank field would leave a gap in the message. Prospects missing a required field are held out of the sequence rather than sent with a gap in the text. A person fills in the missing detail or removes the prospect from the list.
