Summarize Leexi call transcripts into action items and post them to the right channel, automating manual meeting notes.
Call Transcription
Leexi records and transcribes a sales or support call, converting the audio into searchable text once the call ends. A Beam agent watches for a finished transcript, checks it against the account or ticket the call relates to, and attaches the transcript to that record so anyone looking at the account later can find it without digging through a call log. Calls that cannot be tied to an existing record, such as a call from an unrecognized number, are held aside. A person links the transcript to the right account before it is filed anywhere.
Meeting Summaries
After a call, Leexi produces a short summary of what was discussed along with any action items that came up. A Beam agent reads the summary once it is ready, checks whether any action item lines up with a task already open for that account, and updates that task instead of opening a duplicate one, or adds a new task if none exists. Summaries that mention a commitment with no clear owner, such as a promise made but not assigned to anyone, are flagged. A person decides who owns that follow-up before it is added anywhere.
Call Sentiment Notes
Leexi flags parts of a call that sound tense or unusually positive, based on tone rather than just words used. A Beam agent checks a call's sentiment flags against a threshold the team has set, such as a call marked mostly negative, and adds a note to that account so a manager sees it without listening to the whole recording. It does not change anything about the account itself. Calls flagged as highly negative or mentioning a cancellation are routed straight to a person, since tone alone is not enough to decide what happens next.
