AI Lead Sourcing

Leadzen.ai builds a list of prospects that fit criteria such as role, industry, or location, using automated search rather than manual list building. A Beam agent reads a newly sourced batch, checks it against a qualification rule the sales team has set, such as company size or region, and adds the ones that pass to the outreach tool or CRM in use. Prospects that only partly fit the rule are left out of the batch rather than added on a guess. A person looks over the leftovers and decides whether any are still worth pursuing.

Outreach Campaign Enrollment

Once leads are sourced, Leadzen.ai can add them to an outreach campaign so messages start going out on a schedule. A Beam agent checks a new lead against the campaign's entry rule, such as job title or industry, and adds qualifying leads to the right campaign so outreach starts without a rep entering them by hand. A lead that fits more than one campaign, or none, is not added automatically. It gets flagged for a person to place in the right campaign, since campaign fit affects the message a prospect receives first.

Contact Detail Enrichment

Leadzen.ai fills in gaps in a prospect's profile, such as an email or phone number, once a name and company are known. A Beam agent checks an enriched contact for the fields an outreach sequence needs and updates the prospect's record in the CRM with whatever new detail came back. Where enrichment returns nothing or only a low-confidence result for a field, the agent leaves that field blank rather than filling it with an uncertain value. A person can look the prospect up manually and add the detail if it turns out to matter for that deal.
