Visitor Company Reports

Leadfeeder reads a site's traffic data and works out which companies, not just anonymous visitors, showed up and what pages they viewed. A Beam agent checks each new company report against a target list, such as company size or industry, and adds the ones that fit straight to a sales rep's queue in the CRM. Visits from companies already worked by a rep, or ones outside the target list, get skipped rather than added again. Anything ambiguous, like a company that could belong to more than one rep's territory, gets routed to a person to sort out.

Page View Activity

Leadfeeder shows which pages a visiting company looked at and how many times they came back, giving a sense of how interested they might be. A Beam agent checks whether a company crossed a visit or page count set by the sales team, and if so, adds a note to that company's CRM record and alerts the rep assigned to the account. Companies below the count are left alone until they cross it. Where the pattern looks unusual, such as a single page viewed dozens of times in a short window, the agent leaves it for a person to interpret.

Google Analytics Feed

Leadfeeder plugs into a site's existing Google Analytics data rather than requiring a separate tracking setup, tying visits to companies using IP and network data. A Beam agent reads the feed on a set schedule, checks new company visits against the target list, and adds qualifying ones to the CRM without a person exporting anything by hand. If the feed goes quiet or returns fewer visits than usual, which can mean a tracking or account access issue, the agent leaves a note for a person to check the connection rather than assuming there were no visitors.
