Credit affiliate commissions in LeadDyno once a referred sale closes, automating the manual work of calculating payouts.
Commission Payouts
LeadDyno calculates what each affiliate earns from a sale, based on the commission rate the program sets. A Beam agent checks a completed order against the affiliate's referral link, confirms the sale qualifies under the program's rules, and adds the commission to that affiliate's balance in LeadDyno. It notes the order reference so the credit can be traced back to a specific sale. Orders that look like duplicates, refunds, or fall outside the commission window get set aside for a person to check before any payout is approved, since money is involved and rules have edge cases.
Referral Link Attribution
Every affiliate gets a unique link or code, and LeadDyno records which link brought in a visitor or sale. A Beam agent reads the referral data attached to a new signup or order and lines it up with the affiliate on file, so credit lands with the person who earned it. Where a referral code is missing, mistyped, or points to more than one affiliate, the agent does not guess. It flags the order for a person to check the source and decide who, if anyone, gets credit for that sale.
Affiliate Program Enrollment
New affiliates sign up through a LeadDyno form and wait for approval before their links go live. A Beam agent checks a new application against the program's baseline requirements, such as a working website or social profile, and approves straightforward applications so the affiliate can start sharing links right away. Applications that don't meet the baseline, look incomplete, or come from a market the program does not serve get routed to a person to decide, since approving the wrong affiliate can cost the program money and reputation.
