Compile subscriber lists and dispatch newsletters through Laposta, automating email tasks Dutch marketing teams otherwise handle by hand.
Subscriber List Segmentation
Laposta stores subscriber lists and lets a team split them into segments, such as by signup source or engagement level, so newsletters can go to the right group. A Beam agent reads a new or updated contact from the connected system, applies the approved segment rule, such as adding anyone who filled out a specific form, and updates their group in Laposta. It records the change against the contact so marketers can see why someone was added. Requests to merge two segments or delete one outright are routed to a human before anything is changed.
Newsletter Campaign Delivery
Laposta sends a prepared newsletter to a chosen subscriber list at a scheduled time. A Beam agent reads the approved newsletter draft and its target list from the connected system, checks that the send time and list match what was agreed, and releases the campaign through Laposta. It updates the campaign record with the confirmed send time so the team has a record without opening Laposta. A campaign whose subscriber count is unusually high or low compared to past sends is held for a human to confirm before it goes out.
Open and Click Reporting
Laposta reports how many recipients opened a newsletter and which links they clicked. A Beam agent reads this data once a campaign has been out for a set period, applies the approved reporting format, and updates a shared marketing report so the team does not have to log into Laposta to see results. When a campaign's open rate falls well short of the team's usual range, the agent flags it rather than resending anything. A human then reviews whether the subject line, send time, or list quality was the cause.
