LabsMobile routes text messages to mobile networks across many countries, which suits organizations that message customers in more than one region. A Beam agent reads the recipient's country and the approved message template from the connected system, then sends it through LabsMobile's gateway using the correct sender ID for that market. It records the outcome against the customer or order record so staff have one place to check delivery. Scheduled Message Batches

LabsMobile can hold a batch of messages and release them at a set time, useful for reminders tied to an appointment or renewal date. A Beam agent reads upcoming dates from the connected calendar or database, applies the approved lead time, such as a reminder a day ahead, and schedules the batch in LabsMobile. It updates the source record once the batch goes out so staff know which reminders were sent. Any batch with a much larger recipient count than usual is held for a human to confirm before release.

Two-Way SMS Replies

LabsMobile can accept replies to outbound texts, letting customers respond by SMS instead of calling in or opening an email. A Beam agent reads an incoming reply against the original message it answers, checks it against a short list of approved keywords, such as a confirmation or opt out word, and updates the customer record or notifies the assigned team member. Replies that do not match an approved keyword, or that raise a complaint, are routed to a human for a personal response rather than an automated one.
